Thirteen things that seriously annoy me
(Thanks to Jolene for the idea - sorry for stealing again!)1. Babies who take nearly two hours to settle down and fall asleep, despite having had an extremely busy day with no nap. OK, just one baby in particular.
2. When people say "there's only a little bit on there" when I decline a sandwich because it has mayo on it. It's not as if I only like a particular brand of mayo, I do not like ANY type or ANY amount of mayo!
3. Drivers who won't get over (when the other lane is totally clear) to allow me an easy merge onto the expressway.
4. Parking garages.5. 30 degree weather in APRIL. During SPRING BREAK.
6. Laundry. Why doesn't that new dryer we got FOLD clothes too?
7. Being called for jury duty.
8. Co-workers who go out for a smoke with the boss every hour. Wish I got 80 minutes worth of breaks during the day! (And you KNOW they take a lunch, too.)
9. Day care centers that close for secondary holidays like Presidents Day and Veterans Day and still charge for it like they do for Memorial Day or Thanksgiving.
10. Housework. Why can't I afford a maid?
11. That one particular lady on the car seats board who always seems to be seeking attention. You know how some people talk just to hear themselves talk? Well, she's the online version of that.
12. Parents who don't correctly restrain their kids in appropriate car seats.
13. People who are always 10 minutes late.
14. People who park so close to my car that it's an extremely tight squeeze for me to get in. Thank God I'm not pregnant. (For more reasons than just this of course.)
15. Doing the Thursday Thirteen or anything else that requires using code, which always seems to take numerous tries and fiddling with before it looks right. And I STILL can't figure out how to change it from this stupid font, which I hate.

Oh Book Mama you amuse me. I love this post. I like it when other people gripe too. I don’t feel so alone that way
The darn code for TT is really irritating me. I can’t even edit my post!! I don’t know what kind of glitch I’ve got, but it stinks. Oh well, I guess I won’t play around with adding TT’s links again. Looks like people using Blogspot can add autolinks. I doubt we can on WP. Did you post your link to this entry on Thursday Thirteen?
Smoking breaks are complete crap. That nasty crap shouldn’t be allowed at all, but if they must, then it should be done on breaks and lunch only. Totally unfair (in more ways than one).
I’m with you on the weather. We have like 6 inches of new snow and it’s still snowing. Made for a real tense ride home.
#13 is one of my pet peeves too. I like your #6. Washers and dryers are so expensive, they should fold the clothes and put them away too.
You need to have Jolene do stuff for you. I can’t get my computer at work to post blogs correctly so I get Jolene to help me out ALOT. I guess since this was all her idea, it’s only fitting.
I can definitely relate to a lot of others. Laundry doesn’t bother me though. Laundry and the dishes are the only two household chores I seem to be able to stay on top off. Now dusting and vacuuming, those two things I could live without.
#5 would make my list for sure. Crazy freaking weather! Great idea for a TT, i’ll have to use it sometime too LOL
