No, I’m not down in the dumps, though I was on Monday. (Generally tired of cooking/cleaning/dishes/fussy kids, not 100% thrilled with the “new normal” at work, etc.)
What do you do when you’re down in the dumps? How do you get yourself back to normal? Unfortunately, I tend to eat my troubles away – it never works, of course. What actually does tend to work is keeping myself busy. If I can get some time to myself to get something done – reading, scrapbooking, sewing, etc. – I can usually pick myself back up pretty well. (Unfortunately, I’ve usually put Tim in a bad mood in the meantime, but that’s another story.)
So, what works for you?
